Generating ideas -
Generating ideas for me for the most part is a easy task. What I really seem to struggle with is choosing an idea and deciding how to express my ideas. I chose to approach my teacher and ask what he was specifically asking for, we brainstormed ideas and came to a conclusion of what would work for me. Once I chose my topic I looked back at previous work we have done relating to my topic and decided what points I wanted to hit. Communicating thinking in a clear and accessible way - The topic I focused on was polynomial functions and their relations between equation and graph. I illustrated the different end behaviors that polynomials can have depending on the values in the equation. I feel like my illustration of these topics helped share different methods with others who may have a harder time understanding. Recognizing and resolving errors - By working through and dissecting this topic, I was able to go back to previous work and see where mistakes had been made. In turn it gave me a whole new understanding and light to the topics. |
